Raptors Player Ratings: Week 13 and 14
The Raptors had a tough fortnight as they lost four straight games, below are the player ratings.
Starters:
Kyle Lowry [B]
An A for week 13, but probably a C for this past week. Good performances against the Spurs, Nets and the Knicks showcased his scoring ability, but his playmaking has to improve.
Demar DeRozan [B-]
After a 36 point game at the Nets, DeRozan struggled to find consistency and went cold at key moments
Jared Sullinger [B]
Sullinger has put in a few good performances and has shown his ability to be a good defender.
Demarre Carroll [B-]
Like Lowry, Carroll was excellent in week 13, but he performed poorly in the Raptors losing streak.
Jonas Valanciunas [B]
JV’s rebounds are improving significantly, despite this he still needs to score more points.
Bench:
Norman Powell [B]
Has proven excellent off the bench, if a little inconsistent.
Terrence Ross [B-]
A recent heroic cameo against the Spurs could signal that Ross is going to return to being a useful player.
Cory Joseph [B+]
Showing his potential after being given more minutes. Excellent deputy for Lowry.
Pattrick Patterson [B]
Patterson showed in the past few weeks how pivotal a player he is, his defence is really important for Toronto.
Bebe [B+]
Bebe has been playing really well in recent weeks, and has contributed with some huge plays on both ends of the floor.
